For all Singaporeans who are 40 to 60 years by 31 December 2020. One-time $500 credit top-up Claimable for a selected list of courses from 1 October 2020.
For all Singaporeans who are 25 years and above by 31 December 2020. One-time $500 credit top-up Claimable for courses from the IHLs and NTUC LearningHub from 1 April 2020. Claimable for full range of SkillsFuture Credit-eligible courses from 1 October 2020.
For all Singaporean employees and self-employed persons who received Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) payments in Work Year 2019. $3,000 to be credited into bank account previously provided or by cheque July 2020 - $1,500 October 2020 - $1,500
For taxi and private hire car (PHC drivers). Details on the eligibility criteria will be released later. $10 per day and rental rebates May - September 2020
The Quarantine Order Allowance (QOA) Scheme is set up to mitigate financial impact for those who have been served Quarantine Orders under the Infectious Diseases Act.
Under the QOA scheme, claims of $100 per day can be made by two groups:
(i) Self-employed
(ii) Employers, who have employees issued with Quarantine Orders
For existing NTUC member who lost their jobs or faced an income loss of at least 30%.
For Singaporean Self-Employed Persons (SEPs) aged >37 in 2020 and who declared positive SEP income to IRAS or CPF Board for the work year 2018, and/or earn income of no more than $2,300 per month from employment work.
